We hired Lifted Logic to completely redesign and create new websites for both of our businesses. Our goals were to create professional websites that would help to increase our organic leads and ultimately new patients.

We researched multiple companies. We have hired 2 firms in the past which created "ok" sites but were not up to our standards. After our initial call with Lifted Logic and looking at their portfolio, we knew this was the company we would go with.

We had a very detailed kick off meeting- we were assigned a project manager- Todd who has been phenomenal to work with. There were numerous meetings where we were able to provide feedback. We were always treated professionally.

The had a video/photo team fly to our clinics to do in-person photo shoots as well as create videos for our website. Everything was always delivered on time, if not early. From the kick off call to the launch of our website- we have been completely impressed.

We met with at least 4-5 people who were on our team and always available to answer our questions.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our first website launched about a month ago and has already generated numerous, high quality organic leads. We are so happy with the work, we are going to continue our relationship with Lifted Logic for marketing/advertising.

Our project manager was highly detail oriented. Every time line was followed exactly as planned in our kick off meeting.

Our websites are very professional. They offer lots of training so that we are able to update it as needed. The entire team has been so professional, yet very easy to talk with and make changes.

We worked with Lifted Logic on a project to design and build an MVP for our website, with the end goal of launching a private beta. We shared our website designs based on concept testing and early market feedback with Lifted Logic and they designed and built a website that met all of our needs. The end result included both backend and frontend work as well as graphic design and copy writing.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have a functional website which would allow us to launch a private beta to gain additional feedback on our concept and determine how to adjust the idea to meet user needs.

How did you select this vendor?

We evaluated three vendors for the project. This included two full-service development shops and one freelance developer. Lifted Logic first impressed us with an extremely well-thought-out proposal, but we chose them for many reasons including:

• The range of services and talent including the frontend and backend expertise, marketing knowledge including SEO, graphic design, and copy writing.
• The quality of work and results. We viewed results from past projects and were extremely impressed.

Project phases were clearly defined with Lifted Logic ahead of beginning any work; including: a scoping phase, content phase, design phase, development, testing, and SEO training.

Scoping – We met with the Lifted Logic team to share our vision, concept feedback, and wireframes. Lifted Logic helped develop a solution that would meet the needs of our users and still fall within our budget.

Content Planning – We met with the Lifted Logic team to discuss target audiences, and metrics for success. We reviewed and finalized website navigation, dropdowns, and all pages after the content strategy.

Design Phase - After defining the website pages, Lifted Logic designed customized visual prototypes in InVision for all unique page layouts in the websites.

Development Phase – This included both backend and frontend development. Ensuring content will remain organized and formatted correctly at all screen resolutions. Frontend development also included mobile/responsive development.

Testing – Lifted Logic met with us to provide administrative training on the website. After the training session, we were able to add or change text, photos, videos, add news articles, and perform any other content updates unique to the site.

SEO Training/Review – After the site launched and there was measurable user traffic, we had an in-depth Google Analytics and SEO training session with Lifted Logic.

We had a dedicated Account Executive who understand our project and goals and attended all meetings to help us navigate the process. We worked closely with the Operations Manager who served as our technical consultant. She then translated our solution to the development team. Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Following our website launch, we ran a successful beta. We were able to get user feedback through emails, surveys, and focus groups. This resulted in valuable feedback that enabled us to put together a clear product road map as well as address our user’s highest priority asks. The site receives compliments from both our users and potential investors and exceeded our expectations.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project milestones and timelines were clearly defined and communicated. Each phase was defined along with responsibilities, including our own. We had a dedicated account executive throughout the entire process who understood our project and consistently communicated on progress and upcoming milestones.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Lifted Logic is so easy to work with while delivering at a high standard. As an early-stage startup, it is almost expected that your beta will not work well, be visually pleasing, or user friendly. However, Lifted Logic delivered a product that looked polished and professional. Because of the results we received, we continue to work with Lifted Logic and we move into the next phases of our site, www.thetravelhive.com.

Co-founder of TravelHive. Focus on marketing and sales, go-to-market strategy, manage beta. TravelHive is a web-based, social application that inspires travelers to make the most of their travels removing the stress and complications that often come with planning. We had the challenge of developing and designing a website from scratch. We had an idea and had received user feedback from a non-web-based prototype. As non-technical founders, we needed a company who could act as our technical consultant. This included both front end and back end, graphic design, and copywriting. Including, homepage, user profile, inspiration page, trip page, plan cards, inspiration cards, about us, company blog, etc.

Functional site which would allow us to launch our beta to gain feedback on our initial idea as well as demo to investors while raising our next round.

We evaluated three separate vendors. This included two full-service dev shops and one freelance developer. We immediately knew the freelance developer was out. Although, this individual seemed very talented, he was unable to give us the full service consultative, technical partnership we needed.

When evaluating between the two full-service dev shops we chose Lifted Logic for many reasons: The services they provided - front end and back end expertise, marketing knowledge (SEO, Google Analytics - they offer free one on one workshops on each), graphic design, and copy writing. Their quality of work and results / web design and development - We viewed their portfolio and results from past projects and were extremely impressed.

The people - Incredibly talented team who are all experts in their individual areas and know how to bring each of their expertise together to maximize their talents for the client. We experienced this firsthand. In the selection process we felt like a top priority even through our project was on the smaller side dollar wise and we continue to feel like a top priority to this day.

Project stages were clearly defined and executed when working with Lifted Logic: Initial Strategy Session - Met to share user feedback our vision and whiteboarded solutions.

Met with several experts within Lifted Logic to develop a solution that could meet the needs of our users and still fall within our budget. Content Planning Phase

- Met to discuss target audiences for the website, and identify a successful conversion for each audience. Strategized and finalized website navigation, dropdowns, and all pages after the content strategy. Lifted Logic then created a corresponding content outline that described how and where content will be placed throughout all pages in the site. Graphic Design Phase

We were able to run a successful beta with great user engagement. This resulted in very valuable feedback. in turn, we were able to put together a clear product roadmap for next steps. The high quality of work has been very beneficial to demo to investors while raising our next round.

Very impressed with the project management process. Phases were clearly defined, including inputs we needed to provide vs what they provide. Everything was very well organized. Lifted Logic is amazing to work with. As an early-stage startup it is almost expected that your beta will not work, not look good, etc. Not the case! What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a website that was more user friendly, operated on mobile devices, had a better SEO, and allowed users to contact us and apply for work more easily than our old site permitted.

We researched around 20 website design companies and sent out a request for proposal to our top 10. We then interviewed our top three candidates. Lifted Logic was head and shoulders above the other companies we considered.

We had a complete website redesign. We were given great lessons on SEO and rebuilt all of the language on our site. Lifted Logic took photos, created a video, and built the website into everything we asked for and more.

What was the team composition?

Our marketing and IT staff worked together with Lifted Logic's project manager, copy editor, videographer, and other employees to build the site we wanted. (And Adam, of course.)

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our previous website was producing fewer than two contacts a year (and they weren't always about work). We now receive at least two to three job requests from clients every week. Our individual office pages have also been receiving a lot more traffic than our previous locations page could ever provide and, although we can't measure it, we've absolutely felt an increased number of phone and email contacts that we attribute to the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow with Lifted Logic actually changed the way we communicated internally. Their process was so smooth and issue free that we adopted similar techniques in our marketing department. With Covid affecting all of our branches, we've now seen those methods being used company-wide.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge of the industry and how all the technical mechanics work. They were able to communicate very complex ideas in a fun and relaxing environment. We not only understood what they were doing, but also how and why.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I've sat and thought about this question for far too much time. I can't come up with a single thing I would change about how Lifted Logic performs their business. They're fun, educated, and hard workers. It was a joy working with them and I'd recommend them to anyone who is considering it.

We were spending a lot of money on PPC, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. I was looking to work with a team so I wouldn’t have to spend as much on an ongoing basis for SEO.

They revised our website with us since my previous website was getting confusing and overwhelming. They redid it to make it more user-friendly and professional. From there, they’ve optimized it for SEO. Now, I use them for ongoing marketing support. They help with blog and newsletter writing and managing our Facebook account.

We have two main points of contact from their team; they handle communication with the rest of their team and specialists.

I heard about them at a conference I attended. I tried to do the work on my own using what they spoke about at the conference, but it wasn’t working. I decided to hire them after that.

In total, we’ve spent probably around $150,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I’ve been working with them since around June 2018 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

For some of our keywords, we used to be on page 14 on Google. Now, we’re on the first page of a Google search. I also don’t need to do any PPC campaigns on Google, which has saved us about $7,000 per month. Investing in their services, though expensive at the outset, over the long run it is a better decision instead of the monthly PPC cost. Our website now is also more organized and has a more professional look. 

How did Lifted Logic perform from a project management standpoint?

They keep track of our website performance and incoming appointment requests, so they know how well the marketing efforts are working. We have a monthly call with them to review the data. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

One of the best things is that they’re an ethical team; they’re not just taking and spending my money. Although they are pricey, they spend my money wisely. Other companies just took my monthly spend and spent it regardless of if it was working or not. I’ve asked them about various marketing tools other companies were recommending, but they’ve advised us and showed us how to save money. They spend my money ethically and I really trust them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes we set a meeting and they aren’t available or are late, but, as a physician, I understand things come up.

I’m the marketing and communications manager on the development team for Safe Home, a nonprofit domestic violence agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lifted Logic?

We had a very outdated website. Lifted Logic donated their services to us to design and develop a new website for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They created our site from scratch and we gave them creative flexibility. We gave them some direction as far as wanting it to be modern and in line with our brand guidelines. For example, there needs to be an announcement for safety reasons to warn users about abusers tracking their activity on websites, and they implemented that pop-up to redirect to a real page. 

They added an English and Spanish toggle, so every single page is translated to Spanish. We used Slickplan; I wrote all of the content and they reworked it for SEO. For blog writing, they held a writing teaching session. They used their writing team to improve grammar and optimize it. They ran a few SEO efforts to improve the website, too. They’re currently working on a voiceover video for the home page, which they’ll be adding soon. 

What is the team composition?

I’d say around 10 people worked with us. Todd (Project & Operations Manager) worked most directly with us. Their videography team has worked with us, along with their web and writing departments. 

How did you come to work with Lifted Logic?

They’re our neighbors, so they’re less than one minute down the street. They hosted a contest to donate a website to a nonprofit. We didn’t win, but because of the relationship that formed, they decided to also donate a site to our organization, too. Since then, we’ve just been fostering that relationship.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2019. The site launched at the end of May 2020. We had a bit of a slow start on my side, since I was focusing on other parts of our nonprofit.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We are very pleased with the results. The site is unique and uplifting; they focused on the empowerment aspect of our work. Our goal was to have a website that people who need help can access, as well as our donors. The site is now more user-friendly and is accessible for people who don’t speak English. 

How did Lifted Logic perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve been super pleased with their project management. They’re also really fun to talk to. I’ve probably spoken with Todd every single day, and he’s always quick to reply and friendly. That’s not always the case because as a nonprofit, sometimes we expect to not receive the same caliber of service as someone who is paying, but that’s not the case with Lifted Logic. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve done a great job accommodating their work to fit our needs as a domestic violence agency. Even though that’s not their typical demographic, since they’re likely working more for for-profit businesses, they’ve done a great job.

No, we’ve been super pleased with the results we’ve gotten all along the process.

They’re willing to use any moment as a teaching opportunity, so don’t hesitate to ask them any questions for your business or project. They are always going to be eager and willing to help.

We track our conversions through an engager device and put the information in a tracking sheet. We’ve seen a tremendous amount that’s turned into loans and deposit growth.

We have monthly meetings, which used to be in-person, but now it’s through Zoom. We also email about our newsletters and content reviews. Through Google, they track a lot of our data points.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Lifted Logic has educated me on society’s permanent shift to social media. They’ve also educated us on how to gain true results through web marketing. In the past, we would barely get any leads. Now, we can tell that we’re getting a tremendous amount of views that we weren’t receiving before. We’ve seen new business opportunities for the bank.

Lifted Logic redesigned and developed our website, with user-friendliness in mind. They paid special attention to the platform’s SEO sensitivity as well as its ability to retain user interest. Over the years, they’ve also delivered some video assets for us that enhance our communication and site layout.

We have a project manager and a larger team of developers and designers. Adam (Founder & CEO) would also partake in some of our meetings.

The founder was an acquaintance of our CMO. I was initially skeptical about a friendship-based referral, so we conducted a background check. We decided to go with them after quickly seeing that they were experts who really knew what they were doing.

What is the status of this engagement?

The original engagement started back in 2015, and they’ve continued to build on the site they created. We’re currently in the process of reviewing and renewing the site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website they delivered was a major cornerstone of our transition from direct-mail to digital marketing. While it was frightening to move from a familiar method of marketing to the newer, more relevant ones, it enabled our company’s continuing success. They’re very responsive, and they’re also cost-effective.

How did Lifted Logic perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails. We utilize all three channels robustly, and it’s kept things moving along nicely.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They strive to be ahead of the game. They’re always paying attention to how we can stay at the forefront of our industry. You can have robust technical expertise, but if you can’t stay current, it won’t do us much good. Their focus on staying up-to-date has been critical.

We initially hired them to create a landing page for a new aesthetic device - Emsculpt. We were so blown away at the conversion and visually stunning design they created that we decided we wanted our whole website done by Lifted Logic. We wanted an easy to navigate, beautiful website that converted patients at a high rate. We also wanted to improve our SEO, reputation, and tracking analytics.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our sites were launched successfully and on time. We've already seen a quick response with incoming leads, site traffic, and compliments. They went above and beyond what I had expected and the final project turned out amazing. We now own a beautiful site that will benefit our healthcare practices for years to come.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was divided into the perfect amount of people, and all were very responsive if I had questions or needed help along the way. They laid out a scope for the project which they kept up with entirely, so I knew what was happening every step of the way. Todd was great on giving me weekly updates if the ball was in their court which kept the entire project on track.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The professionalism, quality, and attentiveness of Lifted Logic in every aspect was great. However, after being in the marketing/advertising world for a while now I most appreciated how real and direct their leaders are. We never got any fluff, or over-promising/under-delivering situations that is sadly rampant in their industry. These guys are literally different in the best way.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There was nothing that I would have changed. The only curve balls we experienced during the entire project were self-inflicted. Their solutions were always on point and quick. Their demeanor and personalities were a pleasure to work with.
