I’m the office manager at a family-owned screen company. I take care of all the administrative and accounting work.

What challenge were you trying to address with JW Creative?

We’ve been in business for 11 years. I thought it would be a great opportunity to contact Jillean (Founder & Creative Professional) to update our company’s website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an existing website, but Jillean changed the whole thing. She went to a lot of our jobs to see our work. She was able to capture our home screens through photography and other information. She also took family photos for us for our About page. I believe we’re using WordPress.

What is the team composition?

I worked only with Jillean.

How did you come to work with JW Creative?

Her husband is our accountant. I saw his website, and I really liked it. She had to take a break from work, but they ended up emailing me, and I said that I wanted a website similar to what she made for her husband.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested about $4,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–November 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been a great experience working with JW Creative. Jillean captured who we are and what we do. Compared to other companies like us, the website is so appealing and beautiful.

Since our website launched, it’s created so much traffic. There are so many people emailing us for estimates. I’ve been extremely busy with that.

How did JW Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Throughout the engagement, Jillean was on top of things. She always let us know what stage she's on. We had excellent communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

JW Creative understood our business. For example, she created a free estimate form that asks customers about their projects. I was very impressed with that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everybody loves our website.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Jillean really listened to our concerns and wants. When she says she’ll get it done, she’ll deliver.
