They’re very accommodating and work with us. Initially, we had weekly meetings, which we now do biweekly. We also still have weekly meetings for about 30 minutes to an hour. We have a Microsoft Teams chat for urgent inquiries and open email communication. Bit by Bit Computer Consultants’ communication is impressive. **They’re always willing to do better**. **They take their CSAT and customer satisfaction very seriously**. It’s always nice to have someone who actually cares and sees you as a partner.

This adds extra value to the solutions we design. We use Jira to manage agile sprints, track their development work, and we report bugs while we perform user acceptance testing. Items were delivered on schedule and Dura was great about informing us when our input was needed at stages and identifying where they may be blocked until we could provide information. Dura was extremely receptive to our feedback during designs and reviews, making changes or iterating on alternative designs where we felt adjustments in the concept were needed. They were also extremely accommodating when we requested additional last-minute changes and were able to provide additional concept work beyond the initially requested scope.
