Truth be told, no. I'm a stickler for wanting to improve. I would say the only thing was, when I was looking to onboard a new paid search agency, MKG was part of the conversation. I had carte blanche in making this decision, but the one coup d'état was that they had to use the Adobe Marketing stack. MKG did not do that. Instead of MKG catering to what we wanted, they were upfront and honest in saying 'we do things a different way'. I really respected that. They said they would rather stick to their values and be honest in what they're capable of versus catering to what the client wanted. I view that more as a positive.
