Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

SMG met with us to understand the company focus, including our need to upgrade and improve the look and feel of our website, while maintaining the full functionality and not disrupting current business. Seth set up an initial scope of work and outline for the project timelines and deliverables, including a site map and on-site photography and videography (drone). Each step was consultative, giving us input into the process and ensuring that we did not deviate from our desired path.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The completion and launch of the new website, as well as the tutorials provided to our team to allow the relationship to continue seamlessly.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Very responsive; SMG did a good job of assigning team members to support different facets of the project to keep it moving. We got held up a little with our access to an external partner site for photo/videography, but overall the timeline was good.

I really liked the enthusiasm and the sharing of our feeling of ownership over the website. It was clear that SMG Design took pride in their work, which we appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SMG Design could have done differently?

We could have started with a more detailed overall timeline, so that we had mutually understood expectations, maybe.
