Great, we would meet once a week to plan the next week and review deliverables

They exceeded our expectations all the time. They are super consistent in their delivery and need very little oversight from us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, keep up the great work. Perhaps having a B2B UX expert on call would be helpful
