The timelines may have changed, but it was due to the increased knowledge and change in decisions throughout the process to ensure we got MORE than what we expected and needed. TPx secures multiple project managers for each area of the project to ensure that each goal is met as efficiently as possible. If road bumps occurred, they were handled with professionalism and the end result was always better than we anticipated. It takes moments to receive a reply to an email, text message, or phone call. It's quite impressive.

When we send a support ticket, we usually receive a response within 10–15 minutes, which is a huge difference for us. Our systems now run smoothly, while before, we were constantly having difficulties with applications freezing, computers shutting down, and the server environment wasn't working for us.
