      For project management purposes we use DevOps, Planner and Upwork project work diaries for work progress monitoring, each task at hands is pre-defined, technically discussed and validated in alignment to project goals, production costs are estimated and task delivery ETA'd, upon completion the code is reviewed internally and costs cross-checked (ETA vs actual). Projects are managed exemplary, they handle the day-to-day requests as per our desires and expectations, tasks are assigned to coders based on task prios and their expertise and availability. Tasks are always delivered on time or ahead of scheduled due dates, if our prios change due to force majeure, we redefine the tasks per priority buckets and they respond to our needs and seamlessly reorganize their activities accordingly.
