SEO Company OC is an online marketing agency located in Orange County, California. Our aim is to keep you on top of your competitors when it comes to searches online. We provide monthly reports so you can see the progress of the keywords you wish to target.

For what projects/services did your company hire Appic Softwares, and what were your goals?

We needed a custom CRM for the company that would track everything. From when the call first comes in, and all the way to billing the client for anything that is done. We also needed to run reports on the CRM for all clients and other items similar to those.

Literally everything that we need for the company to run needed to be on this CRM. It took longer than expected to be completed because we kept getting more ideas as we went along. But their team had patience and continued to deliver on time.

We built the CRM in stages and as each stage was completed I noticed that they were able to deliver all the items that were talked about.

The first main step that needed to be accomplished was to make sure that the admin dashboard was created which was going to be the main hub for the owner to see all departments. Once that was created we focused on all departments dashboards for example the sales team had a dashboard in which they can see all leads coming in and take care of them.

Next it was the account managers which had to make sure that all the processes for each account are completed in a timely manner. Accounting department and HR department dashboards were also created.

Everything was created in WordPress, PHP, and custom plugins.

Total of 3 PHP developers, one main contact that was managing all the information and reporting back to me. 2 UI/UX coders.

Everything overall was delivered on time and all the extra items that were added by my team later on were delivered on time. Also communication was very straightforward and clear.

Skype was the primary tool for communication which worked perfectly because we would share screens. This made it possible for me to explain in detail what I wanted or for them to show me all tasks that they had completed.

Any extra item that I needed which in some cases I thought it was not possible they found a way to get it done.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No everything was fine.

I'm the owner of the packaging company. We specialise within industrial packaging especially within PET products.

Basically development of website from scratch. We started doing some brain-storming and wire-framing, afterwards we decided on the right design and the developers started immediately afterwards.

I have been working with several employees from Appic Softwares: Sales Back-end Front-end UI/UX SEO They really fit in every perspective of web development.

We've gotten really positive feedback regarding our new site and we are very happy to have been associated with Appic Softwares

We mainly focused on engaging each other through Skype meetings and Whatsapp. Appic Softwares has delivered within time range and updated us through out the development and achieved milestones. There has been an ongoing communication, constantly.

Their ability to be so dynamic and flexible in order to meet client requirements is most impressive. They really outdone themselves developing our website and they've let us be on the side following the development and constantly checking whether we were aligned.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I havn't had a single challenging experience with Appic Softwares, so I think they should keep on doing what they are doing right now.

I am the owner of a e-commerce business in Greece. My business is on the field of fashion industry and was founded from my great grandfather in 1920. I am the proud owner who continues the legacy I was handed from my father.

I hired Appic Softwares for some issues I had with my e-shop, which is built in PrestaShop.

I had some problems with SSL certificate in some pages, which they figured out that there were more problems. I also wanted to remove the shipping cost for my customers.

What was the team composition?

Even though there are plenty of people ready to jump into your project, for my case, there a was small team of 3 people that worked on my project but what made me feel, it was that they would do everything to fulfill my expectations.

Due to the coronavirus, I choose to remove the shipping cost from all the orders until the end of March. Appic Softwares had all the necessary knowledge to do this in time, so I could save time and run my campaigns faster than the competition.

Even though we had a little problem in the beginning, different bugs on my website, they responded positively with no argument and solved everything!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I found impressive is that their work is accurate! They care about me and then they care about how hard they work. I was their first priority. I am sure the wanted the result be over my expectations. And they did it. I was satisfied more than I could imagine and I will definitely will work with them again.
