We needed a custom CRM for the company that would track everything. From when the call first comes in, and all the way to billing the client for anything that is done. We also needed to run reports on the CRM for all clients and other items similar to those.
Literally everything that we need for the company to run needed to be on this CRM. It took longer than expected to be completed because we kept getting more ideas as we went along. But their team had patience and continued to deliver on time.

We built the CRM in stages and as each stage was completed I noticed that they were able to deliver all the items that were talked about.

The first main step that needed to be accomplished was to make sure that the admin dashboard was created which was going to be the main hub for the owner to see all departments. Once that was created we focused on all departments dashboards for example the sales team had a dashboard in which they can see all leads coming in and take care of them.
Next it was the account managers which had to make sure that all the processes for each account are completed in a timely manner. Accounting department and HR department dashboards were also created.
Everything was created in WordPress, PHP, and custom plugins.

Total of 3 PHP developers, one main contact that was managing all the information and reporting back to me. 2 UI/UX coders.

Everything overall was delivered on time and all the extra items that were added by my team later on were delivered on time. Also communication was very straightforward and clear.

As our company expands, we also hope to see more proactive recommendations from them for system upgrades or new features that could further improve our operations, but this is more of a future consideration than a problem with the current project.
