The features of the web application we will be building shall include:

Allowing user permissions as per requirements
User login control: The administrator will have an option to create a user. The administrator will share the credentials to users via email.
User tracking option: The administrator will be able to see all the current locations of all the active users (Users need to scan the barcode and be connected to the internet). Admin will also be able to see the user’s location at the time of emergency, whether he / she is out of danger or not (if user application is connected to the internet).
User reports: The administrator will be able to view login and logout times. The administrator will be able to view location history. The administrator will be able to determine when the users are offline or online.
Flexible task sharing: Simple “static” information sharing between the field operator and SME. Predefined static inventory to share information like asset location and user location
Dynamic Tag Mapping The application will allow dynamic tag assignment from the mobile app that will allow the user move to any point in the 3D model and add a new tag into the application. Technology is used Node js, React, MySql

After reviewing the documents we suggested some changes which they agreed and send the modified proposal with scope of work and new wireframes. They used HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Framework, PHP and MYSQL Technologies for the project.

There was one coordinator working as lead with one frontend developer and one backend developer.

They were an absolute pleasure to work with. We must have gone back 50 times with changes, and each time not even a hint of impatience. The tool turned out beautiful -- surpassed our expectations. Very reasonable with cost, and they performed a much broader scope of work than originally requested without any increase in price. Very professional, and I will absolutely use them again.

We have used Trello tool for task communication and bug tracking. We also used Git for source code version control. We used to get get everyday about the progress and status of the project and they used to work as per our instructions.

There are some minor issues and misunderstanding initially but those are part of the project life cycles so nothing major to complain about.
