They had a project manager that was assigned to me. They did a good job and I’m satisfied. They kept me well informed and hit their target dates. They exceeded my expectations. They were highly communicative and were good about following up with. As someone who has to manage a lot of different projects, staying on top of things can be a challenge. Vinille made sure that I kept certain tasks at the top of my mind so they could proceed with their work. We were able to meet in the office, but we also used Zoom calls to communicate.

The workflow was great, the daily check-ins were demanding, but the communication was very fluid and on a daily basis, so there wasn't any work going nowhere. And it was great to have a team, who understood even when ideas weren't converging.
