      I also communicate with the devs via GitHub with quick turn around times and thoughtful feedback, suggestions and questions on each issue. They communicate ahead of time if any challenges occur so set update deadline expectations. We did have a small challenge with the thoroughness of QAing tickets, but I was comfortable in bringing it up with the team and they responded thoroughly and clearly what was going on and since have delivered on communicating openly on the QA process.
