For what projects/services did your company hire Erised, and what were your goals?

We had asked them to carry out a review of our current platform so we could identify reoccurring issues along with improving the customer experience. They then executed the agreed scope and kept us updated along the way.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had reviewed some of their projects and through a serious of calls and vendor assessments they matched the criteria that aligned with our company objectives.

We established a scope together after Erised carried out an in-depth analysis. From here, they basically rebuilt our platform so everything was streamlined and speeded up.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was around 3 developers and a Pm working on our project and taking part in the progress meetings. Each team member was highly experienced and contributed to the project's success.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our clients now enjoy using the platform, they delivered on all the scope online with our expectations.

Timelines were all met and any deviation from the original was agreed in advance at the progress meetings. Management style was problem solving and reassuring.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ability to mobilise and feed back loop.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Can’t complain, went over and above what was required.

I am the founder and CEO of an E-Learning platform that helps dyslexics improve their reading and spelling in a fun way!

For what projects/services did your company hire Erised, and what were your goals?

I worked with Erised, in order to develop our pilot app. With this we could test the app with users, get feedback, and measure metrics in a cheap and quick way!

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Erised as we were "introduced" by my mentors to them. The deciding factors were the pricing, the past developments that they had done with others, and how easy it was to communicate with them!

With Bubble, Erised developed the whole pilot app! They were able to develop the exercises for 20 Lessons, along with gamification features like streaks, points, and leaderboards!

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I mainly worked with Taras in the first version of the pilot, and since I was very happy with how V1 turned out, I decided to work with them for V2. In the second version (when Erised began to grow), I mainly communicated with Jane (the project manager that Erised hired)!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the app's first version, we got some very helpful feedback (we had a lot to change and improve in the app)! Yet, in the second version of the pilot (when we implemented all the new changes), the feedback improved dramatically, and quite a lot of the positive feedback had to do with how easy the app was to use, the tech use (compared with competitors), and the UI!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Overall, the communication and project management was simply easy and flexible! It was very easy and quick to get in contact, and the changes that you wanted were made! In the first version, communication was very easy and quick. Yet, as Erised grew, in the second version (with project managers), it became even easier.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The people (how kind, and hardworking they are), and the price-quality ratio (it was an amazing product, with very easy development communication... & it turned out great within a very short time)!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In the first version, I would have said that it would have been better with a bigger team, and with a project manager to contact. Yet the second version was perfect overall!
