Censony provided a comprehensive cloud-based quoting and contract management platform tailored to our needs particularly those delivering Microsoft Teams Direct Routing services and other Unified Comminucation platforms. Their tool streamlines the entire pre-sales to post-sales lifecycle by enabling partners to: 

Create Indicative & Formal Quotes: Users begin by building dynamic, client-specific quotes that include hardware, software, licensing, professional services, and recurring costs associated with a Direct Routing deployment (e.g., Session Border Controllers, SIP trunks, configuration support, and managed services).

Automated Configuration & Pricing: The platform includes intelligent configuration logic that ensures technical compatibility and compliance with best practices for Direct Routing architectures. Pricing is automatically calculated based on selected components, service tiers, and contract duration, reducing manual errors and speeding up proposal generation.

Quote-to-Contract Conversion: Once the customer approves the formal quote, it can be seamlessly converted into a legally binding service agreement within the same interface. The system auto-populates key terms, SLAs, support levels, and billing schedules derived directly from the quote.

Digital Signature Integration: Censony integrates with e-signature providers (such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign), allowing customers and partners to sign contracts electronically accelerating deal closure without printing, scanning, or manual follow-ups.

Secure Digital Asset Storage: After signing, all contract documents, technical diagrams, compliance records, and related assets are securely stored in a cloud-based repository linked to the customer’s account.

This ensures easy access, audit readiness, and continuity throughout the contract term, with version control and permission-based sharing. This end-to-end workflow not only enhances sales efficiency but also improves customer experience by providing transparency, speed, and professionalism from initial estimate to long-term contract management.
