The end customer has to approve it, and then we’ll move to another phase.

We implemented a complete RFID infrastructure at the customer’s facility to gain real-time control over finished goods inventory—from production all the way to dispatch. At the heart of this operation was DreamzCMMS, which served as the backbone of the entire system.
Its intuitive web platform and Android applications enabled seamless interaction between users and the RFID antennas, allowing for quick and reliable tag reading across multiple stages of the process. Thanks to DreamzCMMS, the team was able to streamline inventory management, reduce manual tasks, and gain full visibility over inventory movements with ease.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The software was successfully deployed across 100% of the production process, fully integrated with the customer’s ERP system through multiple customized APIs. These integrations were tailored to align perfectly with the production workflow and data flow requirements, ensuring a smooth exchange of information.
By strategically placing just a few RFID read points, the team significantly improved the efficiency of the handover process from production to the warehouse. Additionally, the system enabled full control and traceability of the dispatch process, ensuring that every item leaving the facility matched its corresponding invoice—streamlining operations and reducing errors.

One area that could have gone more smoothly was the initial integration phase. The ERP system we were working with had limited and poorly documented API resources, and all the available documentation was in Spanish, which posed an additional challenge for the DreamzCMMS team.
However, once we stepped in to translate key documentation and collaborated more closely on API testing, the integration process progressed smoothly and efficiently. This experience highlighted the importance of clear documentation and early alignment, but also demonstrated the team’s ability to adapt quickly and work through technical barriers with us.
