I’m the co-founder of NeXSaaS, Inc., an e-commerce company. We provide a unified AI platform for marketplaces, grocery chains, restaurants, and salons. Our platform offers tools for order management, AI-powered chat commerce, and delivery logistics to streamline operations and enable rapid business launches.

What challenge were you trying to address with Enigmatix Global?

We needed help with the end-to-end development of our enterprise SaaS product.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Enigmatix Global has provided full-lifecycle SaaS development for our web platform. The team has handled everything from initial UI/UX prototyping to backend API integration and deployment. Enigmatix Global has also been responsible for wireframing, microservices architecture, and DevOps automation. The team has built multi-tenant order management, delivery management, and AI chat commerce solutions.

We started working together in July 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Enigmatix Global has delivered the initial structure and deliverables in different phases. Once we pass the deliverables, we move on to the next phase. Thanks to their work, we’ve onboarded a couple of pilot customers and started ground testing. The team has optimized the performance, and the products have gone live. We’ve received satisfactory feedback from the end customers.

How did Enigmatix Global perform from a project management standpoint?

Enigmatix Global has delivered on time. Our primary form of communication has been virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Enigmatix Global’s technical execution has been top-notch. The software runs smoothly under heavy traffic, and their ongoing post-launch technical support has been excellent. The team has quality resources, and their communication is well-versed.
