Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Build a platform which would enable the tokenisation of a single real estate asset and a portfolio of assets utilising the XRP Ledger. Develop a user interface for viewing and interacting with the tokenised asset or assets. A robust back-end development which provides API endpoints for interacting with the tokised asset or assets. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We held weekly catch up meetings to go through progress of the development work. We were able to provide clear feedback to the team and they would note all of the feedback down to action prior to the next meeting. 

The key outcomes came week by week following agreeing the road map at the start of the project and the team ticking off the items as they were completed.

They went above and beyond the existing scope of work. They delivered all work to the agreed timeframes set out at the start of the project. The weekly catch up calls were extremely valuable to understand the progress but also action the feedback or any changes that were required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team were so flexible to change, always updated us on progress and build a product much more sophisticated in the tight timeframe than we thought they would be able to. The whole team were invested in the project and we could tell they were eager to build the most robust platform for us to take to market. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tokenetic Ltd could have done differently?

We have no fault with the communication, timeframes, cost and standard of work provided to us from Tokenetic. We look forward to working with them in the future.
