They're great and always keep you in the loop. We received progress updates and knew where the project stood at all times. If there was an issue, they brought it to our attention immediately. It has been great working with them because they are easy to work with. They also return deliverables in a timely manner. I could actually send a question or concern over text to my account representative, and they would get back to me without extra charge. We are cost conscious, so I appreciated having a go-to person who's cordial, candid, and willing to explain project details. They kept the project moving and didn’t stall on any aspect. We mainly communicated through email and their ticket system, Jira.

We gave Impekable a messy, black box project with a tight timeline, but they worked it out. The ADVANCEfeedback software went from being dormant to being implemented statewide within a short timeframe. This is a great testament to what Impekable is able to do. Impekable told us what they would be able to accomplish from the start. They were honest and upfront about this, which meant that we were able to deliver on time to the client. Impekable was able to say that they would not be able to go above a certain threshold. Going on another route would have involved rebuilding the software from scratch, for example. Impekable told us that this would not happen in time. They instead did an awesome job of refactoring what we had and delivered on time. The stability of our core product is another success indicator. We had been stuck with ongoing maintenance and repairs for it. Our senior developer from Impekable did a great job of stabilizing the base code, making the need for maintenance drop by about 75%.
