We needed help building a new website, refreshing our logo, and needed help with the naming and positioning of new solutions.

Clear Digital Inc designed and developed our website. They also provided security services, which was important for us as a security provider. Additionally, they created brand guidelines and a messaging house.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Clear Digital Inc fixed security risks (an important issue as security company facing cyber attacks because of our position in the market), improved our buyer's journey, and enhanced our traffic conversion and SEO optimization. On the softer side of KPIs, the naming and positioning were key as we pivoted from networking to networking, K8S, and AI security. We saw an immediate and material improvement in lead conversion, lead quality, and brand perception. Before working with Clear Digital Inc, we had a Goldilocks problem. Our website was first too technical, then not technical enough. Clear Digital Inc helped us find the right balance, creating a story that speaks to both technical audiences and budget holders. By bringing those audiences together around a clearer value proposition, the new website has helped us generate stronger opportunities and support shorter sales cycles.

Prior to the launch, we were seeing less than 5% website lead conversion to close. After the site launch, within three months, we saw double-digit conversion to close. Our deal cycles shrank while the deal size remained the same. Our average deal cycle went from 1–2 years to slightly under 90 days for website-generated leads.

How did Clear Digital Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They were amazing. We had a ton of change happening throughout the project and a first-time website manager. We also had a company-wide pivot with new innovations happening all the time. Clear Digital Inc was the model of flexibility and mentored us collectively for best-in-class practices. They also helped us migrate to a modern tech stack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Clear Digital Inc brought constant curiosity to the partnership. We wanted to experiment with new AI capabilities, and they were fully invested in exploring alongside us. When they learned something, they shared it. When an idea showed promise, they helped us test it thoughtfully.

They were a true partner from the earliest creative conversations through the testing and application of new technology. Throughout the process, they kept us focused on the larger goal: creating a better buyer journey, supporting shorter sales cycles, and bringing our existing audience with us without losing momentum as the company evolved.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Danny deserves special recognition. He is unflappable, consistently brilliant in design and visual storytelling, and remarkably fast. He has the rare ability to take complex ideas, find the clearest way to express them visually, and move the work forward without creating unnecessary friction. I often joked that I wished I could have 20 Dannys from Clear Digital Inc. Of course, then I would miss the opportunity to work with the rest of the team, who were equally strong in their respective areas. The development team, in particular, made complex work feel easy. They were responsive, practical, and focused on finding solutions rather than creating obstacles. That combination of exceptional individual talent and a strong, collaborative team is what made Clear feel like a true partner throughout the engagement.
