I am the Director of Marketing for a blockchain infrastructure and investing company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Figyr LLC?

Our company was one year into its services and needed a revamp: branding, website and more.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Several people in the industry had referred them to us. Also, their examples and through process impressed me - especially after working with many agencies in the past.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had many discovery meetings which Figyr led. These meetings helped us rediscover who we were and what our aim was. Figyr also did lots of competitive analysis and shared their research with us. Together, we worked on our branding, website and messaging. It was no easy task and they helped us reach the finish line on schedule.

Two main team members worked with us: Jennifer (CEO) and Eric (COO)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We recently worked with Figyr on creating a digital brand for our Blockchain organization. From the start, the Figyr team proved to be super collaborative and easy to work with. They were able to effectively engage our busy leadership team to elicit the necessary information needed to create an identity and a story for our website. They did their research to understand how to differentiate us within the market and among our competitors in a complex industry.

They took feedback from many different voices and distilled it down to pick out the important pieces of information. This all resulted in several creative solutions to which they guided us toward the final design, but also gave us room to make sure we were part of the process. We’re extremely happy with the end result and really enjoyed working with the team along the way.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I'd say pretty flawless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were great listeners, fun energy, and their solutions were intelligently thought out. They helped us discover the boundaries to where we wanted the brand to be and not be. The entire process had a smooth flow to it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they were fantastic.
