They also did a great job of staying within the scope whenever possible. When we decided to add an extra thing, they did very reasonable charge orders. We used Basecamp for project management with Concentric Design and their outsourced developers. They communicated very well. I had a weekly call with Blair throughout the population phase of the website, and he was always super helpful.
