      They’ve been with us the entire time, and not many agencies are willing to put in so much time and effort to keep up with the changes in something as complex as our presentation. The DD.NYC® team has done that, and the results are fantastic. DD.NYC® is willing to extend themselves in terms of hours to ensure they hit deadlines. Plenty of other agencies out there will just give up when the scope of work gets extended. For comparison, DD.NYC® hits their deadlines with mounting complexities. They put in extra hours to make sure everything is perfect.

      DigitalDesign.NYC joined in the middle of the project, and we needed a design firm that could be onboarded very quickly. They worked very hard to ensure that, and they were able to meet our deliverables with a high level of quality and within a short amount of time. We communicated via Slack and collaborated through Figma. Additionally, it was impressive how quickly DigitalDesign.NYC turned around designs while thinking through each use case and working with the developers.

Max [Founder and Project Manager, Razorfrog Web Design] gives me a series of ideas and develops a project plan that includes details on the deliverable, cost, and time frame. Once I agree to that, they get to work. Razorfrog consistently stayed within budget and met the deadlines.

      I was impressed with their project management. I've worked with many different external vendors, and I'd have to say that Razorfrog was probably the easiest vendor I've ever worked with. They used a Trello board to manage the project and allowed me to work directly on that which just made things much more efficient. We communicated on many things through the Trello board, and it always felt like they were very on top of the things that needed to get done. They were very responsive to my questions and my feedback.
