We would have daily morning meetings because of the discrepancy between the US and Pakistan, and as far as the fluidity of how we converse, it’s extraordinary — the project runs very smoothly because of their approach. Even after hours when I need something, we have our own unique ways of communicating independently. Moreover, they work when I’m asleep, so I would communicate what I need, and they would have the projects ready to initiate and execute the following day.

The project management throughout was excellent. We did a mix of in-person meetings, virtual meetings and instant messaging that was prompt and active without feeling pushy. We managed to get questions answered and solve problems quickly which is vital. At the same time, it didn't put a huge burden on me. I wrote the site (as it's my area of expertise), but I never felt like I was being asked to do lots of busy work. They took it all off my hands and I had confidence from the start that the project was being managed effectively. Everything was on time and done to the standard promised.
