We’d then set month-to-month goals based on whatever kind of information we were seeing from Google Analytics and our website activity. I’d say communication felt a little remote, it was pretty scarce unless we reached out directly to ask questions. R2: During phone calls, he did a good job of communicating what they were doing and why. He did a good job of laying out the plan, its strategic aspects, and what his team was doing to work toward those high-level goals. The communication was pretty good.
