The blog component of our new site was another thing we weren’t expecting to embrace, but it’s paid off quite a bit in terms of keeping us current. They’ve under-promised and over-delivered. They’re prompt with deadlines, their customer service is top-notch, and they strike a nice balance between professional and personable. You walk in the door to meet with them and they feel like family. They’re generous with advice and someone is always ready to attend to our needs. For example, their copywriter isn’t only good with words, he’s diligent about incorporating keywords into his posts and he always contacts me asking for new topics to write about.
