      R1: Project management felt a bit hands-off at times. We had a monthly call where we reviewed the month's progress. We’d then set month-to-month goals based on whatever kind of information we were seeing from Google Analytics and our website activity. From our side, my colleague and I took on a lot of the responsibility. We talked about changes to the strategy every couple of days. I’d say communication felt a little remote, it was pretty scarce unless we reached out directly to ask questions.
