It did end up extending the project but it was very transparent, and BB Agency was very communicative so we always knew what was happening and we didn’t have to chase after them. When there was a delay, they talked about why there was a delay. They basically walked us through the steps so we were involved in the process the whole way. We had a Slack channel we communicated through so everyone that was part of the project — both on their end and on ours — was involved in the conversation at all times and everyone was on the same page.

In Louisville, because of the huge boom in bourbon, turnover has increased tenfold. We've had ten hotels pop up recently, so it's much easier to tell this frontline staff, even with the turnover, who we are under one name and describe ourselves in just a sentence. We also saw a lot of companies who lost our contract with coming back to us because the staff was able to remember who we were, which was worth over half a million dollars in revenue that we saw just in August.
