I'm the principal of a real estate development and advisory firm based in Louisville, Kentucky.

What challenge were you trying to address with MoDuet?

We needed help completing a new website, setting up social media and email newsletter channels, and creating an approach for those channels that aligned with my vision for the company. Overall, we needed help with brand messaging and communication to my referral base.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MoDuet designed our website and collaborated on copywriting and stock imagery. The team also wrote some initial posts and newsletter content to get started. Additionally, MoDuet set up our newsletter platform and consulted on revisions to our LinkedIn page. The team also provided initial ideas for our newsletter and social media setup and cleaned up back-of-house items like SEO and our Google Business page.

MoDuet met monthly deliverable deadlines, and their website design exceeded our expectations. Additionally, we felt that the team's guidance for our newsletter and social media strategy helped clarify things for me. Overall, we achieved increased clarity in our brand messaging, which was our overarching goal.

MoDuet's project management was fantastic, and they delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings.
