Originally, I tried to implement SEO tactics throughout my website and just fell short. As a business owner, I did not have the time to commit to proper SEO for my business and continue to run my gym all at the same time.

Because of this, clients (new and potential) kept having a hard time finding me online. I needed someone to take over and do things right in order to improve and build an online presence. That someone was One Thing Marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

My goals for this project included a newly designed, user-friendly website that was easy to navigate. I needed proper SEO and content that was informative and helpful and actually got results. Finally, I needed someone who could manage my online presence. My goals were to see a return on investment and to see my online presence grow stronger than ever.

I selected this vendor from a word of mouth referral. I had mentioned to another business owner that my website needed updating and they mentioned One Thing Marketing. After doing some research and seeing the results of others, I decided to give them a call.

One Thing Marketing began their work by starting with my website. They produced lots of substantial and pertinent content and organized the site to create a user-friendly experience with easy access to relevant contact information, blog posts, and success stories.

Eventually, I decided to go all-in, and One Thing Marketing completely re-designed my entire website a few years later. During this phase, they implemented on-page SEO strategies targeting local customers through keyword research. Currently, One Thing Marketing is still maintaining my website and helping me continue to grow my online presence through Local SEO.

What was the team composition?

The team at One Thing Marketing is great to work with. They communicate with me about the things they plan to do, as well as make sure I have final approval of things being done. Their communication style is effective and direct, but also very easy to follow and understand when it comes to SEO and the world of marketing most don't understand.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I saw, and continue to see, a huge return on my investment while working with One Thing Marketing. Within the first six months, I saw a 482% increase on my ROI, and after the first year, I saw an increase of 333% in traffic from Google. I continue to see success throughout our partnership. After three years of work, I have seen an increase of 1643% in contact form leads.

One Thing Marketing is easy to work with. Any questions or concerns I have ever had have always been handled right away, in the most professional manner possible. They communicate effectively and are very knowledgable in their field. I trust in them 100% for my the success of my business.

Obviously, the results and the ROI I have seen were the most impressive about this company. Outside of that, they are very willing to explain their process and make sure I am on the same page as they implement their SEO strategy into my marketing plan. I had a website that had been established for years. However, I was struggling to be found online and my website was not really beneficial to my business.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted my online presence to grow stronger. I turned to One Thing Marketing in the hopes of implementing proper SEO strategy and techniques in order to gain more website traffic and increase conversion.

In my first year, I saw an 843% return on investment. I continue to see a 30% year over year increase in calls as I continue my partnership with One Thing Marketing.

I am part-owner of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Services LLC in Louisville, Kentucky. We provide pest control services, termite inspections, bed bug inspections, and more, as well as radon testing and mitigation services for both residential and commercial customers in our area and the surrounding counties.

Our overarching goal was to rebrand our company. We have been in business for over 21 years and are well known for our work, so we needed a new website to match our standards and drive more online leads and conversions. We wanted a user-friendly, informative, and professional design with more optimized content that better highlighted who we are and really showcased our company.

At the discovery meeting, One Thing Marketing gathered our ideas and suggestions, then designed the proper content marketing and optimization strategies to implement those ideas. They produced new digital and written content, which we reviewed before publication on the website. We were also afforded an additional review once the website was complete and just before launch.

The team at One Thing Marketing is personable, inclusive, and welcoming. We received nothing but professionalism from the marketing director, from the first meeting until the completion of our website, and the client coordinator followed up with regular updates on the progress of the new site.

We began generating leads within the first few weeks of the site’s launch. We have since implemented call tracking and updated our contact forms to be more user-friendly, so we expect to see even more success moving forward.

After our initial meeting, I was in and out of the office than at home for a few months due to medical leave. The team at One Thing Marketing worked seamlessly with other members of my team when I was away, but also made sure to obtain my final approval before moving forward with anything.
