They were paid 36k up front, and did not perform the services requested, continue to put us off, and ask for more clarity. We found they do nothing and just milk you along. Mike, Laura, Meredith. They were all on the zoom calls every week. They continue to make excuses about why work is not done. When we said no more, they refused to pay ANY MONEY BACK !!!!

They told me up front it would be 36k, I paid them, they strung me out for 2+ months, when I said no more they would not give me any money back.

Nothing, all 3 are complete scam, and liars !!

Are there any areas for improvement or something FYNDYOU could have done differently?

They take your money and milk you, they have no one who can do the work. They say its gonna happen and never does, then they say they are not giving money back !

It is important for us to provide a clear and factual response.

Within 3 weeks of your signed engagement (9/21) with us we completed over 65% of the $36k worth of work you hired us to do. Accepted as Complete via DocuSign by you. Your Domain Authority Score stopped declining & rose 40% in that time due to our hard work.
Upon receipt of the Cease-and-Desist letter you received from the Masters Augusta we recommend you seek council (10/16) for the next steps on your sites. You asked us to stop all work.
We wrote a new aggressive 30-day Scope of Work, agreed upon and signed off via DocuSign by you on November 20, 2023, included massive changes:
1. Modifying and updating 1,400 images across both sites to comply with trademark regulations.
2. Revising over 400 pages on both sites to comply with trademark regulations.
3. Applying a credit from the initial 9/21/23 scope to the new, legally urgent tasks.

During our recorded meeting on December 5, 2023 you mentioned your lawyers had already responded to the Masters you were in compliance. Information not given to us. You asked us to stop work thereby starting our 60-day termination and reconciliation clause. After the 60-period, per the Agreement you signed any open balance will be refunded or open balance charged.
