This was particularly important given the need to deliver 4x media events within a month. They were only ever a phone call away and I was always able to get a response from them quickly. Apart from being a lovely team of people, I've always been impressed by their energy and enthusiasm. They demonstrate a genuine passion to advocate for the charity's work, which makes them feel like an extension of our team.
