Neon Black was tasked with an urgent and challenging brief to deliver tier 1 media coverage for our new product announcement within an extremely tight deadline. Despite being faced with a news cycle that had already dismissed our story, Soraya at Neon Black achieved what others implied was unattainable. 
The key deliverables were to obtain high-profile coverage across TV, print, and online channels, whilst managing the intricacies of our complex narrative under pressing time constraints. Soraya's resilience and strategic approach turned a convoluted situation into a success story, surpassing expectations with her commitment to excellence and unwavering persistence.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We required Tier 1 coverage within less than a week. and after the project had been already turned down from press and we were told by other agencies that it wasn't even possible to do. It had to be able to present all of the points for a convoluted story in a difficult news cycle with other major breaking stories happening. 
Neon Black managed to not only get us coverage Soraya got us NATIONAL coverage at a breaking Tier 1 TV News channel, and multiple articles, it was absolutely perfect and hit all of our objectives and expectations, which to be honest were ridiculously high to begin with.

Soraya was always super responsive and when she couldn't be available she would let us know in advance and then returned my calls right after when she freed up. She made herself available for in-person when she was needed and went above and beyond. Everything was delivered on time, and we are a very happy client.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Neon Black took on a challenging project which quite simple seamed impossible (multiple agencies said it would be impossible to do this task). They delivered the impossible using contacts, industry knowledge and coaching a grumpy ceo to understand how and what could be done and by when. 
We were exceptionally impressed by her ability to take a complicated story and get it right away and distill it down to its key message that the mass media would understand, manage expectations and then massively over deliver in terms of what we had requested. she was tenacious and did not stop until the job was done and then some!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Neon Black could have done differently?

We wish had engaged her earlier.
