Bound to Prosper helped us to communicate our knowledge, expertise and exciting product news across our key sectors, which includes Public Safety, Transport, Education and Retail. Across the time that we worked together, they supported our efforts to launch our news around the important events we were exhibiting at, which significantly helped to drive key awareness.

All news and thought-leadership pieces that we pitched were picked up by mostly Tier 1 publications. This was a significant win for us, and helped to attach expertise and trust to our brand.

We worked with B2P with other 3rd parties at times, which could have been challenging in theory, but B2P were able to work seamlessly with them and us - an underrated skill was their ability to really connect with us, understand our company well, and deliver.

Yes, items were generally delivered on time and to a high standard.  They have a proactive team and were clear in communiation around deadlines and what was needed from us.  If there were any issues, the MD would meet me in person or we would speak directly to resolve and clarify.

The team.  I really enjoyed working with their whole team, they are happy to invest the time and build relationships.  Very much a personal, client-centric approach.  The team also clearly have good, embedded media relationships.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bound to Prosper could have done differently?

There was something mid-engagement which I had concerns over.  However, the MD met me in person, we addressed the point and it was quickly addressed.  Issues will always occur dring client engagements, sometimes it can also just be a misunderstanding between advicor and client, Bound to Prosper handled it in exactly the right way.  Nothing else to note - they did a great job.

We engaged Bound to Prosper to manage our Influencer campaign with a goal to engage 1 macro and 1-2 micro influencers. We were thrilled when they were able to exceed that goal and bring on 2 macro influencers to the campaign. Bound to Prosper managed strategy, sourcing influencers, campaign planning (both creative and logistics) and influencer negotiations, timelines and contracts. 
We wanted to target YouTube and Tiktok, and. the influencers we landed on were perfect (1 from each platfrom). Through the process Bound to Prosper taught us a lot about pricing, enagement, reach and how to set up a strong campaign that will deliver the best results. Our product was a Generative AI Music Platform, like ChatGPT but for music. Finding influencers in this space was challenging but the team exceeded our expectations and worked with us to really refine who we were looking for.
The Bound to Prosper team was excellent in listening to our feedback about what type of influencer we wanted as well as how we shape the creative campaign.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Creation of Influencer Strategy to suit our unique product offering - including market segmentation, draft campaign ideas and example campaigns that were relevant to what we wanted to achieve (reach, brand awareness and conversations to the product). 

• Sourcing of Influencers - including initial longlist, refining process, delivering a shortlist and then contacting influencers and their agent to pitch, negotiate, and sign 
• Campaign creation and influencer alignment - alongside our team develop a campaign, work with the influencers to have a draft script delivered, script to be reviewed by our internal team, final script delivered and content created 
• Contract negotiation - post-campaign ad content was very important to us. Bound to Prosper handled all negotiations and delivered great results on advertising permissions and content repurposing.

BtP also produced a though leadership piece to increase chance to be featured in the press during the activation and beyond. BtP partook to the Expo, bringing media rep. to the stand and facilitating contacts. KPI was the number of releases.
