Their project manager is fantastic and goes above and beyond to get the job done. Their product manager is very good at finding a balance between priorities and resource availability. As mentioned, there was frustration due to their lack of responsiveness during the last contract. Also, perhaps it’s our unfamiliarity with the software world, but there was developer turnover throughout the course of our contracts.
