      They come on-site and listen precisely, look at what we do and hear our process flow, and then that’s all they need. They move on. They develop based on what they understood. If there are still things that need to be adjusted, it’s an immediate adjustment. We communicate primarily by email and phone if necessary. They have been very, very responsive. Sometimes I catch them on the weekends, believe it or not. They are very attentive.

We mainly communicate via email. We're very respectful of Integris' billable hours, so our projects always start with an email service ticket. The team almost always replies quickly to those service tickets, which are then followed by a phone call.

      Integris has a ticketing system that we have access to. We can generate the tickets by email or phone call and track the ticket status on their platform.       When we do the projects with them, they give us access to the top person who can make things happen. We don’t have to go through multiple levels to get to someone who can make something happen. This has greatly helped us. If something doesn’t go as planned, then they always hop in and fix the situation. We can get in touch with them when we need to. I have the personal email addresses and cell phone numbers of the people I need to reach when something bad happens.

We have a ticket management tool called ConnectWise that they've installed on our computers. Using this tool, we simply press a button and tell them what the problem is, and a service ticket is automatically sent to them. Usually, one of their teammates reaches out to us within 10–30 minutes regarding the ticket, and someone is assigned to us to help us through the problem.
