They don’t just deliver cookie-cutter training; they take the time to understand our needs and build custom sessions (2 per year) that are not only relevant today but will also serve as a long-term resource for staff onboarding. Every training session is delivered on time, and it's live and interactive to give us the opportunity to ask questions and really learn hands-on. They’re also proactive in updating content to keep up with evolving technology (like using AI tools) and cybersecurity threats. If they use project management tools, they use them internally, so we don't have visibility.
