Resource One started in a Hillsboro garage in 1997 and never left the Northwest. Nearly three decades later we are still locally owned and operated, and when clients call they reach a real technician in Oregon, not an overseas queue. Harald has spent more than three decades in IT, from hands-on technical work to consulting, account and service management. Before Resource One, he spent ten years as COO helping build the largest managed IT provider in Bend.

We measure success by how long clients stay and how they rate us. Our clients stay an average of 14+ years, and we collect a satisfaction review after support tickets and publish the score live on our website. We've resolved more than 300,000 support issues, and our goal is for technology to become less noticeable to your team.
