The project management was great. They keep track of all issues using gitlab Issues, and we have a weekly meeting to track progress and ensure we are moving in the right direction. Any additional tasks or questions have always been handled very quickly, and they report weekly status via email as well. There has never been any issues with late work. This was a very complex project to take on in the middle of development, and they came up to speed very quickly and demonstrate expertise on the system.
