      Sense onboarding with SCC, we have added two new servers that effectively replaced three older ones. They stay up on technology and never suggest something that isn't needed or is not a direct benefit. Prior to onboarding, SCC took the time to make a seamless change. They sat in multiple calls with our previous MSP as well as making sure there would be no hiccups during the transition.

      From a security perspective, SUCCESS provides us with monthly reports for EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response), user awareness tests, and phishing tests. So far, we haven’t had anyone fail a phishing test, which is really good. SUCCESS has invested time and effort in learning what is important for us and our business model. They’ve taken ownership of our network and hold themselves accountable for its performance and security.
