Each month, our security metrics continue to improve and our hit rates are consistently going lower and lower — our employees are now able to spot phishing emails and handle them appropriately, which is a great result. They also send me weekly reports of our employees' progress, which they send as links to online files to make them readily and easily accessible. A lot of other vendors that I’ve worked with just disappeared to do their work once we signed the contract, but this wasn’t the case with TPx Communications — they contact me regularly to make sure that things are going the way I wanted them to go.

I want to shout out Jason's work. We worked with volunteers with zero or little experience with computers, who said that Jason was the best to work with when he gave walk-throughs to set up their emails or Microsoft Teams accounts — he was very patient. Asteroid IT went above and beyond and even took care of additional tasks I wasn't aware of. Although we don't have an active engagement with Asteroid IT, I reached out to Jason a couple of weeks ago because I was having a technical issue, and he responded immediately and took care of it.

MegaplanIT has been great. All their work has been remote — they’ve offered to come on-site, but we don’t need that. When the ransomware attacked, they remotely got us the software and helped us rebuild our network. We were working 24 hours a day for almost a week, and people were able to respond at any given time. MegaplanIT gives me alerts and metrics about any security situation. Every time that we have an issue or someone within our environment does something that they shouldn’t, we send them an email, and we have a response within 5–10 minutes once they’ve already reviewed all the logs.
