This service allows us to get a voicemail transcript via email that includes the name and phone number of the caller, which helps us attend to our patients better. They were able to modernize my phone system in less than a week without disrupting our service, which was very important for us because we didn’t want our patients to be unable to reach out to us.

When we have an issue, we address it openly, learn from it, and move forward. Michael has done an excellent job for us, and Snap Tech IT has created a Microsoft Excel file that is easy to follow and helps to have clarity during calls.

Our network rarely goes down other than due to power outages in the area. We've never really been down in all my time here, and we’ve never had any security breaches. We have a lot of security in place that they’ve recommended over the years. They’ve been very helpful in keeping us updated on security, which is extremely important because we're in the financial services industry.
