We've had delays during the COVID-19 pandemic, experienced supply chain issues, and had understaffed IT forces, but the team stayed on course. We stayed patient, and Snap Tech IT was persistent in their pursuit of more resources. Snap Tech IT's project manager team does a phenomenal job of communicating. When we have an issue, we address it openly, learn from it, and move forward. Michael has done an excellent job for us, and Snap Tech IT has created a Microsoft Excel file that is easy to follow and helps to have clarity during calls.

Snap Tech IT’s team has been extremely responsive and impeccable in their follow-through. Although they have a lot of other clients and have gotten busy, they have typically followed through on everything they've said they're going to do. Our network rarely goes down other than due to power outages in the area. We've never really been down in all my time here, and we’ve never had any security breaches. We have a lot of security in place that they’ve recommended over the years. They’ve been very helpful in keeping us updated on security, which is extremely important because we're in the financial services industry.

MegaplanIT has been great. All their work has been remote — they’ve offered to come on-site, but we don’t need that. When the ransomware attacked, they remotely got us the software and helped us rebuild our network. We were working 24 hours a day for almost a week, and people were able to respond at any given time. MegaplanIT gives me alerts and metrics about any security situation. Every time that we have an issue or someone within our environment does something that they shouldn’t, we send them an email, and we have a response within 5–10 minutes once they’ve already reviewed all the logs.

Out of all the marketing companies that we have worked with DUSK was extremely responsive. These guys never sleep! Everything in the monthly deliverables was on time, and any extra tasks were done quickly. They responded to our needs that we didn't even know about. For example, we were missing a customer review automation set up and they set it up without charging. Basically, everything we needed was taken care of and then some! As mentioned, we have worked with several marketing agencies in the past. Most had an out-of-the-box solution that wasn't very valuable. On the other hand, DUSK implemented many proactive custom solutions that weren't included in our initial contract. They didn't try to upsell either.
