I also think that their leadership is very available, and if I have any kind of issue that I need to kick upstairs, they will take my phone call and help me resolve it.

I am also grateful to see continuity in the folks we are working with. Sometimes companies have 'start up' staff and then pass you off to someone else - which doesn't always work well.
