Initially, during the onboarding process, as our team got used to theirs, there were some slight inefficiencies specific to communication, where we would answer questions in one meeting that we would then get asked again in another. After the first few weeks, they onboarded a project manager that supported the onboarding process and eliminated this efficiency. Since then, the project management has been well-structured and efficient, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time. They maintain clear communication about any projects or open-ticket requests, proactively addressing any issues and adapting to our needs as they arise. Their responsiveness and ability to adjust to our priorities have made the engagement smooth and effective.
