Moreover, they send us detailed reports every single week and break down everything that has been done and what’s going to be done the following week, including strategies for moving forward. TensionX is very self-sufficient. I always try to keep the back-and-forth meetings to a minimum; the less I have to be involved in a project that I’m outsourcing, the better. Given that, I find it enlightening that they’re able to take everything that we want and implement it quickly. For instance, we only had a strategy session and a couple of one-hour revision meetings to ensure everything was right, and that was basically it. As a result, all you need to do is come to them with an idea of what you want. Then, they’ll guide you on what they need from you and how to deliver the project within the parameters you give. In our engagement, I have the confidence that they genuinely want to help me from the very beginning, and that hasn’t changed.
