Feedback summary:

Their work with the campaign website produced exceptional results, which is consistent for the rest of the projects they’ve handled. A6’s team is responsive and very easy to work with compared to other vendors. As a client, planning out projects with them in person ensures the best outcome.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the account director at Vivaki Creative, a digital creative agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with A6 Digital?

We don’t have an in-house development team and needed to outsource some work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve worked on many projects with A6 Digital, some very complex and others easy. One project involved the creation of a very intricate information website with the goal of gaining user data so that the brand could reach users offline. It contained videos, contests, and graphic examples.

We also created a campaign website for a very large chocolate brand with which users can subscribe and upload their children’s pictures and create videos. At the end of three months, a winner is selected. A6 Digital is recreating the same website this year and manages every aspect of it.

Last year, we were involved with a hazelnut cocoa spread brand. They were experiencing problems in the Turkish market, so we built an informational website so that clients could find answers to their questions. There was a lot of pressure to get this website built. It included static information as well as videos, and A6 managed to complete it in two weeks, which is hard for this type of work. They did their best and fixed all the bugs along the way.

They've also worked on several other projects, tackling things such as landing page development and email content creation.

What is the team composition?

We started off talking with Hasan (Co-Founder, A6 Digital). Then, they assigned a project manager to be our main point of contact. We don’t see them as a third party but rather as a partner.

How did you come to work with A6 Digital?

Our general manager knew Hasan from a previous job and recommended his company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2014 and the collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we first created the chocolate brand’s website, more than 10,000 people joined the contest and were really excited about it. We created another full campaign this year, and it was really successful as well. The other projects we’ve done together have had the same success.

How did A6 Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive and punctual with every project. If we can’t reach our project manager, we connect with Hasan. We mainly use email to communicate, though we will usually meet in person to talk over the details of new projects.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re really responsive and helpful, and create products with purpose. We’re the kind of agency that doesn’t do everything in-house, so we’ve hired many vendors and have had many issues with a few. I haven’t experienced these kinds of problems with A6 Digital

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I suggest meeting in person to plan the project from scratch together. It’s the best way to be on the same page with them.

Overall Score I’m really happy to be working with them.
