What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were noticeable within the first few months post-launch. Mobile traffic increased significantly, and we saw roughly a 25–30% improvement in conversions compared to our previous mobile experience. The redesigned checkout flow made a real difference, cart abandonment rate dropped by around 15%, which directly impacted revenue.

Beyond sales metrics, user engagement improved meaningfully. Session durations went up, repeat customer rates grew, and the app has maintained strong ratings on both the App Store and Google Play since launch. The overall feedback from customers has been positive, particularly around ease of use and speed.

It's still early to have the full long-term picture, but the early indicators have been encouraging and aligned with what we were hoping to achieve when we brought TekRevol on board.

TekRevol's project management was solid and thats what actually impressed us. We communicated mainly through Slack and weekly check-in meetings, and their project manager was always responsive. Timelines were mostly on track through Asana.

Jordan from the sales team was particularly helpful throughout the process — always available and made sure our concerns were addressed quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Honestly, it was their communication. A lot of dev agencies go quiet once the contract is signed but TekRevol stayed engaged throughout. Jordan in particular was easy to reach and didn't make us feel like just another client.

The technical side was solid too, but what stood out was that they actually listened when we gave feedback rather than just pushing back on everything.

The experience was smooth overall and we were happy with the end result.

I'm a professional educator, reading specialist, and entrepreneur. I'm creating a mobile and web app for the educational arena, which is essentially a reading app to help struggling readers, children, or people with dyslexia or other reading disabilities.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I initially gave TekRevol concrete information on ways I personally work with children. Based on discussions and videos of my work, the team is responsible for interpreting my work into an app appealing to young learners. The app will be gamified and include gaming aspects to help intrigued young children continue to use it. TekRevol is in the design phase and plans to launch the app in the summer.

The app will be able to provide immediate feedback to the user. TekRevol uses AI to build the app, so when users are learning how to read certain words or phrases, the app gives them positive reinforcement and correction right on the spot if they make an error — it'll be like having a built-in tutor within the app. The app will be compatible with iOS, Android, and web platforms. I'll work with TekRevol on marketing, and the team has designed a landing page that will soon be launched.

I've worked with a teammate on the marketing side who took my initial ideas and presented them to the project management team. I also work with a project manager and two other teammates in our calls, including Areeb (Game & Narrative Designer). I know a bigger team works on our project's design and development, although I don't interact with them directly.

I was trying to find reputable team companies and came across Clutch. All the work TekRevol has shared with me is top-notch. The app's design is eye-catching and engaging, and I can tell it's high quality. The landing page the team has created for me is nice-looking, and I can't wait to put it live. TekRevol's work is impressive. I like that TekRevol offers different services besides app development and also has a marketing department. I like that the team can provide what I need for this project.

How did TekRevol perform from a project management standpoint?

TekRevol is very organized. I can communicate with the team via email and phone calls, but most of our communication occurs through Asana. I have an account, and if I need to email the team, I do it through Asana. I like that every aspect of the project is in one place and organized; it's the best way to communicate and ensure we don't miss work. 

TekRevol meets deadlines and is flexible, too. We've missed deadlines because I couldn't deliver something, and the team has been flexible with me. On the rare occasions that TekRevol has missed a deadline, I'm flexible with them, too. The team is usually on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

TekRevol is customer service-driven and answers all my questions. Most of the time, I contact my project management team, and if there is something I think they can't address, I contact Ryan, who has been super responsive. I'm very happy with TekRevol. I like that the team always resolves issues and ensures I'm satisfied as a customer. The team does everything they can to deliver a good product and has corrected things I wasn't satisfied with from their initial presentation. 

TekRevol is very professional and seems genuinely invested in the success of my product. In the long run, if I'm successful, I'll most likely go back to TekRevol to build another app, recommend them, or hire them to maintain the app. The team is very invested in helping customers do well, not only from a business standpoint.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything TekRevol can improve. When I wasn't happy with the app's direction, I expressed it to TekRevol, and they assigned me a new project management team. The new project manager overhauled the project's entire idea and is a good listener, making the project according to my envisioning. I don't have constructive feedback because TekRevol is doing everything right. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I suggest ensuring you understand what you're trying to develop so you can covey it as detailed as possible to TekRevol. I also recommend engaging with the team as often as you need and being present. The team will send you many emails and questions because they need to understand how to build the app properly, and you, as a customer, need to be engaging too. 

You can't speak with the team once and hope they build the app alone. Engaging with TekRevol on a weekly basis is helpful because you'll be informed about the project and will not find any surprises.

Every time I ask for something from TekRevol’s team, they get it done within that day or the next one based on availability and working hours. Regarding tools, they provide a chat service that has all the credentials, progress, and materials updated on a daily basis.

TekRevol delivers work on time with a tight turnaround time and is responsive to our change requests. The team stays on budget, and we haven't encountered any surprises. I’m the founder of The Six Figure Author Coach. We’ve been working in the publishing field for a while, helping authors get published.

I initially hired TekRevol to build my company’s website because I didn’t have any tech knowledge about web development. As I’ve been working with TekRevol, we’ve adjusted the project’s scope, and now, we’re creating an online publishing platform and a mobile application too.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TekRevol is designing and developing an online platform and a mobile application. I initially had a discovery call to discuss the project, and after that, TekRevol put together a team to work on my project. 

We then had an onboarding call with TekRevol’s development team and reviewed the project’s requirements, and TekRevol’s team decided which resources they needed. We just finished defining the project’s scope, and TekRevol is now working on the application and platform’s designs. 

The web platform will have a browsing functionality that will allow users to narrow down their book search according to what they’re looking for. Users will be able to buy and rent books and will receive email recommendations based on the books they’ve previously purchased. These recommendations will also appear in a curated recommendation section of the site. The platform will also have a social media functionality that will allow readers to share the books they like on their social media. The reader earns affiliate earnings if someone purchases the book through their post. We’re also working on an affiliate program.

The online platform and mobile app will have the same functionalities. We use a digital wallet inside the app, and users can purchase coins using Apple Pay or Google Pay and purchase or rent complete books or specific chapters with these coins. TekRevol has built an automation process to ensure the author and the publishing company get their royalties when someone purchases their book. 

TekRevol has used AWS; however, they’re looking for an alternative platform. I plan to work with TekRevol for maintenance and hosting services as well.

Account manager. I work mainly with two teammates from TekRevol: Sundas (Account Manager) and a team leader. I’ve also talked to other teammates on calls, but Sundas and the team lead are responsible for organizing the work with the rest of TekRevol’s team.

I found TekRevol through a Google search. I had already contacted another service provider when TekRevol reached out to me. I noticed they had previously worked with another company that I also know. I chose TekRevol based on their reviews and the apps they had previously developed.

We’ve invested over $100,000 with TekRevol. They gave me an initial quote for the project that stated the website’s features and the working hours they’d dedicate to my project. Then, TekRevol broke down that original quote into smaller payments.

TekRevol understands what I want and provides suggestions to achieve the desired results. Additionally, TekRevol ensures I understand the project before moving forward to the next phase, even if we need several calls. TekRevol provides the best customer service that I’ve encountered so far. 

How did TekRevol perform from a project management standpoint?

TekRevol is incredibly organized and responsive. We have weekly Zoom calls, and sometimes we have two calls a week if we need to. We also use email for communication, and TekRevol is responsive and always gets back to me within a few hours. Additionally, we use Asana to keep track of the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with TekRevol’s customer service. I’ve never felt lost during our engagement. I’ve changed the project’s scope, and TekRevol hasn’t charged me extra.

I can’t think of anything for TekRevol to improve. They’ve been very patient with me since it’s my first time working on a development project.

I recommend considering a buffer time in case TekRevol proposes new ideas for your project since our original timeline has been modified because my project’s scope has changed throughout our engagement. 

Additionally, if this is your first time working on a development project, I also recommend to plan for the unexpected because new things are going to come up during the project. TekRevol understands this, and if you need to modify the original project’s scope, TekRevol will do it for you.

We had no experience in mobile app development, so we needed a partner to help us with that.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TekRevol has been helping us with Android and iOS mobile app development from scratch. Their team is helping us create a user-friendly app and add more features based on our requirements. 

In terms of functionalities, users scan their gift cards using the app’s virtual wallet, retrieving the data from the brand that generated the card, including how much credit they still have on their card. The app also allows users to set up a backup payment option to complete a purchase if they need the extra money that the remaining balance on the gift cards won’t cover. The plan is to make it a seamless process with QR codes.

Additionally, TekRevol is working on marketing to attract advertisers since the app will be ad-based revenue.

TekRevol has been transparent and communicative with any situation that arises. In addition, they stay within budget, which is nice. Regarding tools, we use Asana, Trello, Google Meet, email, and text messages.

TekRevol’s team has come up with additional features and brainstormed ideas that I hadn’t considered, distinguishing them from other providers.

The process is taking longer than I’d like, and I’d like to hear more from their head developer. Other than that, everything has been pretty smooth.

Be flexible with the idea you present to them. I love how they’ve played with my requirements because their team comes up with things beyond what I could’ve imagined.

We needed to develop a mobile fitness app and create the app’s website. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TekRevol has developed our Android and iOS fitness apps. Our app allows users to monitor their vital signs and body composition, and we also offer nutritional guidance and customized meal plans.

The app scans the user’s vital signs through a 32-second scan of their face. TekRevol integrated trained thermal optical imaging into the app, which allows it to measure the blood flow underneath the user’s face and give a full recap of their vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and stress levels. The app can also tell if a user is prone to diabetes or have an irregular heartbeat.

Additionally, the app TekRevol has developed can also perform a complete body composition reading with a 62-second body scan. The app instructs the user how to perform the body scan, and users get a reading immediately after. We also offer customized meal plans created by our registered dietitians. 

Moreover, TekRevol has also developed our app’s website using WordPress. The site showcases our app’s features, and as a new product, we need to explain its benefits. Users will be able to download the app from the website once we launch it. 

TekRevol will provide us with web hosting and maintenance services too, they offer 45 days for free after we go live, and after that, this service has a fee.

Initially, I talked with TekRevol’s owners. Since then, I’ve been working with two project managers, one of them is Sundas (Account Manager). I’m unsure how many developers have been involved in our project.

I found TekRevol on Clutch and decided to go with them after reading their reviews. I also contacted another development company, and their quote was three times higher than TekRevol’s proposal.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The app developed by TekRevol has shown a 98% accuracy on vital signs and body composition readings. We haven’t had as much web traffic as we would like since our marketing team is waiting for the app’s launch to start our marketing efforts. However, we’ve received positive feedback about the app from our colleagues. 

We’re currently in the process of negotiating the integration of our software development kit with our licensing company. They usually work on B2B projects, and this is the first direct-to-consumer app they’ll launch. TekRevol is currently working hand-in-hand with the licensing company and has mostly resolved all bugs; they’re just perfecting some things before launching the app. 

How did TekRevol perform from a project management standpoint?

TekRevol’s project management team has been excellent. They communicate great and always get back to me the same day, usually within a few minutes. They cater to everything I want, even if it’s an extra requirement to what I’ve asked initially. 

Moreover, TekRevol’s team seems really excited about our project, and it shows in their communication. They’ve given us their professional opinion, and although the project has taken longer than we expected, they’ve stayed communicative throughout the process and haven’t charged extra. 

TekRevol uses Asana as an internal project management tool. They keep me informed about the project’s progress through email and weekly Zoom meetings. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with TekRevol’s project manager, Sundas. She has been the highlight of this engagement. She’s always above and beyond, and I can rely on her.  Sundar is responsive and makes sure everything I need gets done. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Although TekRevol’s project management is on point, that means the rest of their team needs to be on the same level. The project management team is good at listening to my request, but I’ve noticed the development team takes longer than expected.

Moreover, TekRevol’s owners haven’t met with me since the beginning of the project. They haven’t checked on me again even though the project has taken six months longer than expected.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend ensuring TekRevol understands every detail of your project before they start the development phase. This will make the process more efficient and save you time as a customer.  Try to do as much as possible to avoid project delays.
