Soft Prodigy developed a 4 sprint time table with key deliverables for each sprint. After each sprint was completed the project manager would go over each item of the sprint with my team via a virtual meeting to show the progress and get approval to move forward to the next sprint. The timeline for due dates were clearly defined and were on time.

Each sprint was delivered on time and if my team needed clarification or had any additional questions the Soft Prodigy team was very quick to take action and developed solutions or clarification quickly.

I reached this provider through the clutch platform I checked the saturation on them, and of course, the milestones we set helped me make a positive decision to continue with them

On the date of 30.8.20, we signed a contract regarding an online sales website's initiation and buildup. The timeline to finish the project was set to be 40 working dates. It was agreed that the site would be made from scratch and not using any pre-formed templates.
The First payment was set to be: $ 930, Second payment: $ 930 (23 Sep, mid-project), Final payment: $ 740 on the last day to complete the project (end of October), and an additional $ 200 after two months following the completion of the website.
Regarding my liabilities, all payments have been transferred and paid properly and on time, but unfortunately, the project was not ready on the due date planned and still in process.
After repeated requests and inquiries to Aman, a company representative, explaining the financial and business outcomes of delaying the project, and lack of proper support and response on his behalf and the company, including failing to supply the appropriate final product, I failed to receive any response from the company. Additional expenses were made, including paying 1000$ to private companies to try and finish the product.
After all these violations, I also discovered that the company did not live up to the biggest commitment - and that is to build the site from scratch! The above-mentioned company used a template for building the website draft regardless of the contract section. They signed to build the website from scratch, not using any pre-formed template according to my requirement and demands.
Overall Softprodigy company breached the contract and failed to provide the product they signed for. I am interested in finishing the company's interaction.

A scam company that built me a site full of bugs and escaped from responsibility! Unfortunately, Softprodigy used with template when I explicitly asked not to do so!

I have been in the business for many years - I have never come across professionals who lie to you all the time! This is what happened to me in this project; they lied to me in the time goals, they lied to me in developing the site. They built us a site full of bugs.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Unfortunately nothing! I will not return to work with them And I hope other people will be careful and know how to deal with them
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They must be honest with the customer It is mandatory to meet the project deadlines It is mandatory to meet the terms of the contract. If the customer requested a particular code, it is mandatory to provide this and not lie

1.Website was delivered successfully. It was built from Scratch without using any templateand is made LIVE here at https://muunel.com/ and if there were any issues then it would not have been made LIVE.
Website was delivered within 40 days as per commitment.
You have not made the final payment after taking the code from us and even then raised disputes on all payments over Paypal.
As your history says over Paypal that you get the work done from companies and raise disputes after getting the work done.
Payal investigated the cases and intervened in between and closed all the cases in our favour.
In mere frustration you have posted this review because you lost all the cases over Paypal.

I think you should be bit more professional while dealing with organisations and remain honest to pay after getting the work delivered. Final outstanding balance is still overdue at your end. Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the founder and CEO of an online marketplace company working with the hospitality sector. We are facilitating the digital transformation for independant retailers by providing access to services such as Table Service, Delivery, Collection through an app.

For what projects/services did your company hire SoftProdigy?
Our company required the development of a bespoke application which specifically needed to be written using Flutter so that it would be possible to release the app across both iOS and Andriod from a single codebase.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed an easy to use app that would have an identical experience regardless of which platform was used to access the service. The app needed to be reliable and handle customer payments in a secure way.
There was a need to onboard customers through a streamlined flow that would allow them to sign up and trade on our platform in minutes not days.

How did you select SoftProdigy?
After reviewing a number of propsals the one from SoftProdigy stood out as they seemed to be most familar with the flutter product which was and important factor in our decision.

The project was planned and then delivered under a very strict timeframe, the team worked hard to ensure that the schedule was met and we received the finished app with a very fast turn around time.
What was the team composition?
The team was comprised of specialist engineers who we were able to contact directly and also a project manager who looked after our account.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The app was launched succesfully and to date we have nearly 200 registered vendors on our platform.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Once we had established the working pattern and had direct contact with the full technical team the workflow proved to be very effective.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their depth of skill is impressive, with up to 8 engineers working at some points simulatinously on our project we were able to move quickly and ensure the right engineers were provisioned to us at the right time when deadlines approached or amendements were required with short notice.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We would only say that some additional documentation would be helpful to reference to understand how the solution is set up, however as the project is ongoing we are expecting this in due corse.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the operations manager in India for Kreeda and we are a platforms site that builds escape rooms in the US.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with SoftProdigy?
Our main focus for this consulting arrangement is to get more traffic on the website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Basically, this is more of a consulting arrangement where we reach out to them for their SEO solutions. Their work is more strategic rather than operational. We started working together in October so it hasn’t been a very long engagement as of now.
Initially, we asked them some questions that they needed to research, to which they answered in the form of options and recommendations. We talked about how to optimize our site, how to drive more traffic, and how to get our keywords to trend. Our discussions boiled down to both the technical and non-technical aspects of SEO and social media marketing.
We didn’t get into Google Analytics as the work is mostly focused on the on-page and off-page SEO. Nothing tool specific, either. We wanted to know how to rank our keywords to the top. They also explained to us the practicality and feasibility of each option as the work was more consulting in nature.
What is the team composition?
I have predominantly worked with two people: one for SEO and one for Instagram promotions.
How did you come to work with SoftProdigy?
We found them on Upwork. The reason we chose them was that they were very easy to work with. There was no conflict in terms of signing up for anything. They had a very open mind and they were open to the possibility of a consultation arrangement.
How much have you invested with them?
I would estimate it between $300 to $400.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2020 and the partnership is still ongoing. We haven’t really developed a set of phases and long-term arrangements at the moment but we might reconsider it.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s pretty early to tell because the results of SEO takes about six months to manifest. I would say that they’ve done a good job in terms of being responsive to whatever queries that we’ve had, the timing, and their well-documented responses to social queries.
Concerning our Instagram though, we decided to discontinue our engagement there because we did not get the same kind of attention that we were expecting from there. We tried running ads but it turned out really bad. We went beyond the budget because they didn’t put the end trigger on the ad and we got zero results from our 100-respondent estimate.
They didn’t respond when we asked them about what happened with the campaign so we thought that it was not well-managed. That made us discontinue the Instagram service completely.
On the other hand, we are very happy with the person who was in charge of our SEO efforts. We have worked with quite a few SEO experts and I discussed with the US team that SEO is very practical and reasonable. We understand that it’s not possible to have customized content when you’re building around 10,000 pages so we needed to automate a lot of things, particularly in content.
The solutions SoftProdigy provided are re reasonable, implementable, and pretty good overall. We’re really happy with the service they’ve given us. We will definitely be continuing with them for the long term as long as things go well.
How did SoftProdigy perform from a project management standpoint?
We had a concern with the Instagram side as we had to follow up quite a bit to even get a semblance of a response.
For the SEO side, we work on a weekly basis and plan things ahead of time. They’re pretty responsive and always reach out a couple of days in advance to give discussion points, analysis, and research that I can look up to get ready for the meeting. As far as project management is concerned, things are very systematic and we have not experienced any problems.

What did you find most impressive about them?
Top of mind, the first thing I can probably pull up is that they understand technicality to some extent. After each meeting, I discuss the main points with the internal team. We conclude that their solutions are good, and they’re very knowledgeable. The second point would definitely be their responsiveness. I can reach out to them at any time and they will respond to me in 24 hours.
The third point is their transparency and openness. They are very authentic and show a lot of integrity with the way they conduct themselves. They respect the time that they put in and are very accurate when it comes to reporting and billing the work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their instagram service can be improved a lot. From what I can see, they have a lot of people working in that organization and we were lucky to find the person who’s working on our SEO, but the one who worked on our Instagram isn’t as good.
Maybe as an organization, they can institute some common practices and policies that can benchmark their performances and implement that across the organization. It doesn’t matter who we worked with, it’s the responsibility of the whole organization.
I think the responsiveness of the employees is something that we also had a challenge with. Instead of having a repeated and consistent communication, we get no response.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to go in with an open mind. Tell them what you want, and you might get what you want.
