The most important result was that the final piece made a complicated topic much easier to communicate. People who were close to the product felt the substance was represented accurately, while stakeholders who were less technical could still follow the story. Getting both of those groups aligned is usually the difficult part. The Luma team was very good at asking follow-up questions, finding the useful part of an answer, and helping people explain things in plain language without making them feel coached. That skill had a big impact on the quality of the final piece.

They fully understood the subject matter of the video (it was a pretty technical justice sector project, and although they are not lawyers, they immediately understood the issues that were being discussed). They showed a great amount of patience and flexibility in ensuring that everyone felt well-represented and included in the project.

For some very urgent jobs with short delivery time we had to work past regular work hours and sometimes weekend to ensure the video was produced within the short timeframe.
