We needed help building a website for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Eccotech developed my website from scratch. I provided them with a brief description of the look and feel I wanted for the platform, and we worked together to put everything together regarding color schemes and pages.

We’ve been working with two members of their team.

They were referred to me by a friend who knew about their work. Once I spoke to them, we connected, and I felt like they understood what I wanted.

We started working together in June 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

We’ve been receiving positive feedback on our website; everyone likes how the site presents a look and feel that goes according to me and my values.

How did Eccotech perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is great. Regarding communication, we use phone calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provide an outstanding personalized approach, which is very important to me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their timeline management by identifying them better.

Be honest about what you’re looking for so they can deliver and be frank with you if there’s something they can’t do.

How did you select this vendor?

We evaluated a number of organizations domestic and international and ultimately could not find better value and quality.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

We maintained a few discovery meetings and was ultimately presented with a variety of options verbally until we agreed to hone in a few specific options. We were then presented a formal SOW and loved the samples.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with quite a few parties from creative to developers due to the wide gambit of items they delivered.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A lot of our business was for our customers and we've had a ton of repeats which speak louder than anything. We're already looking to bring them on for additional work as we speak.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They communicate clearly and have yet to miss a deadline. They actually ask about your communication preferences. Ours are slack and email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They feel like an extension of our team and actually care about quality results.
