Our company had a fast turnaround for a product trailer/video that had to meet a tight deadline for a set launch date, we engaged Lucid Film Productions to get the video assets ready, including editing, remastering, audio-engineering, and more.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We needed to achieve a tight deadline, with extremely high standards on the end-result. We assessed the success of this qualitative measure based on the reception from our Founder & CEO who was incredibly pleased with the result. We assessed the success of the asset itself based on view-count, which exceeded our expectations within the first 48 hours.

Lucid did a fantastic job of quickly identifying the key tasks, and structuring them to make them happen quickly and autonomously. Any inputs were quickly gathered to ensure that our company didn't become the bottleneck. Ilya was effective at respecting the tight timeline, and quickly gathered feedback and inputs to ensure that we didn't need to go through unnecessary back and forth - this resulted in the second revision of the product being approved and ready.
