Once an issue or concern arises to fit our business needs, Cayk is very good at working to understand the industry and work to create the content that our customers will absorb at their level. Confirming all content is accurate prior to submitting for approval was a mistake that happened once but was quickly corrected and hasn't happened since. They take feedback very seriously.
