Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of MK Digital, we are a custom apparel, promotional product, printing and sign company based in Surrey, BC.

We wanted to expand our client base and grow. We hired ABC Digital Marketing to boost our online presence. We were aiming to get some leads through Google Ads, and it has been a success!

We followed a referral. We were previously using another company but we were not generating any results.

Our initial meeting went over what ABC Digital Marketing could do for us. They had done a website audit and made suggestions and then they suggested other methods for building traffic towards the website. Then, they built on the strategy and implemented it. They constantly check in and ensure that I am happy with everything that they are doing.

Since beginning the Google Advertising, we have seen between 3-8 leads coming in per month.

They have been great at managing their clients. I do not ever feel that I am being disregarded because they are busy with other clients. They stick to the deadlines they give me.

I was very impressed by their professionalism and that the constantly follow up with me.

I would like if we could get more leads.
