The team has kept us up-to-date with the various challenges that they’ve faced, and we’ve always been able to resolve them quickly. Thumbmunkeys Ltd is very flexible compared to the providers I’ve worked with in the past. They are also very transparent. They don’t hide issues, and they present us exactly what they’ve done. They let us delve into their timesheets, which is a level of transparency that I have never experienced with any other provider. Also, with previous developers, we’ve had unexpected bills for work we never agreed on, and we have never had any of those issues with Thumbmunkeys Ltd. Their team is open and honest and has provided useful advice related to the new ideas we’ve brought forth.
