They’re extremely diligent about tracking projects, following up, and delivering when they say they will. They require very little oversight; we send them our expectations for a particular deliverable and they’re able to produce without too much guidance. Regardless of how long a deliverable takes to complete, it doesn’t fall through the cracks.
